scenes from a garden

Here's just a few images from the garden: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, herbs, and artichoke sprouts. I need to get in there and pull some weeds and clean up a bit. We had a massive thunder storm last night so everything is kind of gross and muddy. But everything is coming along so nicely and I think I'll cook our first eggplants for dinner tonight!

Chaz and I planted our vegetable garden about three weeks ago and there is already so much growth. Our rows of spinach, arugula, and carrots have sprouted and there are blooms on some of the other plants like the eggplant and tomato. Everything is growing so nicely and it's awesome to watch them get bigger each day. I love it. I can't wait to eat our first harvest.
