When I was visiting Okinawa this past summer I became aware of Japanese printmaker, Sadao Watanabe. His work is very interesting for he takes biblical subjects and scenes and renders them in a traditional style of Japanese folk art. He uses paper made from mulberry trees and traditional organic and mineral pigments.
I'm loooooooving, absolutely loving these bikes made in Japan. I want them both so bad. Their motto, "Simple is best". I can't agree more! But to be honest I need to start showing my own bike some more love. Take it out more often. These are pretty cute though...
